Each product on the website has its photo, price and customer reviews. You don’t have to register for an account in order to shop, however you need to register your information. Hero baby delivers only in Egypt. They deliver through Aramex within 48 hours of the order only if you set the order any day within the week (from Sunday to Thursday). If you make an order in the weekend, the delivery would take 72 hours. If your order costs less than EGP 100 you will pay EGP 25 as delivery cost. If it is more than EGP 150 the delivery is for free. You pay upon delivery and you will be able to pay with Visa cards soon. As for returns, Hero baby accept returns only if there is an error in the product or if you receive the wrong order.
