For refund and exchange, the pieces shouldn’t be worn and should be in their purchasing condition, within 30 days of the shipping date on the original invoice, for a full refund. If you bought the pieces under sale, then you have up to 14 days only to get the full refund. If you paid by credit card and you want a full refund, 5% of the payment will be deducted (instead of the shipping fees), but if you paid cash on delivery, no extra fees will be required. Your shipment will take 48 hours to deliver in Cairo, 72 hours to Alexandria, and 4 days to other governorates; no shipping fees are added to your orders.
