Jumia Global’s products are easy to detect, as they are flagged as “Shipped from overseas” and they have the “Jumia Global Logo” under the product name. Usually, warranty conditions vary by product and the language of the manual, instructions and safety warnings may differ. The price includes the international shipping and customs. Jumia Global protects customers against potential revaluations at customs clearance. Some local delivery fees may be charged at checkout depending on your address. Jumia Global enables the client to pay in Egyptian Pounds using authorized online payments on Jumia. Yet, payment on delivery is not accepted. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, since by then the import process would have started. The delivery time varies according to the product and is indicated under the name of the seller on the product’s page. The delivery time is measured in terms of business days, which means that it does not take into consideration weekend days and public holidays. It includes the time the seller takes to fulfill the order, the international shipping to Egypt and the customs clearance in Egypt as well as the first attempt to deliver the order to the customer. Jumia allows the customer to cancel the order, should it not be delivered on time. The client can always track the order using their order number and email like any other local order.
