Naivas is an online supermarket in Kenya; shop fresh food, frozen food, cooking oils, chocolates, juices, coffee, drinks, dairy products, bakery, home appliances, kitchen products, cleaning items, health products, medicine, office supplies, books, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, beauty and more from the comfort of your home. They offer irons, water dispensers, TVs, car care items, furniture, kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, cookware, food containers, and more. Delivery takes about 3 hours within Nairobi. They deliver to a number of Kenya’s central areas such as Karen, Dagoretti, Ngong Road, Upperhill, CBD, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Riverside, Westlands, Parklands, Chiromo, Ngara, Ngumba, Garden Estate, Thome, Roysambu, Kasarani, Baba Dogo, Utalii, Runda, Ridgeways, Thindigwa, Syokimau, Imara, Nyayo, Utawala, Donholm, Buruburu, Umoja, Jogoo Road, South B and South C, and Madaraka. Naivas gives you the chance to earn points every time you shop, by earning a loyalty card. During checkout it is possible to select which time slot you would like your order to be delivered in. Delivery takes place 7 days a week from 03:00 pm to 08:00 pm. Standard delivery costs about KSH 250. You can only pay through M-Pesa, however they will soon implement credit card payments. But there is no cash on delivery. If you ordered an item, and it is not available in stock, money will be returned to your Naivas eWallet that way you can use the credits for other orders. In other cases, such as, if an order is made and the address of delivery can’t be reached, the money will be returned. There is no cancellation once the order had been made, and there won’t be a refund once the money is accepted. Returns are only possible if orders received are incorrect or damaged. In which orders will be replaced with no extra charges. In order for this to be possible, customers have to notify the delivery man right away, as once the customer signs the confirmation of receiving the order, it won’t be eligible for return.
