To make an order, you click on ‘customer sign in’ and create an account by providing your information and details. Browse between products and add the products you wish to purchase to the cart, then proceed to checkout. You can simply edit your information any time you need to by signing into your account. You can change your billing or delivery address, and you are able to change your password. Search from the categories available, such as latest products, featured products, new products, latest deals and end of month sales. Payment options are either by Mpesa, Flexpay, DPO, Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately orders can’t be cancelled, if an order is cancelled, payments won’t be refunded in cash, it will be added to as a Tuskys Voucher. The money paid will be put into the voucher but the money for the delivery charges won’t be returned. Orders take from 1 hour to 72 hours (standard delivery) during working days to be delivered. Standard delivery is applicable to deliveries within Nairobi and outside also. Delivery charges depends on the location of course, in Nairobi it is KSH 250, however delivery fees outside Nairobi differ and depends on the location. If customers choose to pick their orders then they will save the delivery charges. Products come with a warranty, however there are applicable terms and conditions. You can contact customer service via email, phone or the chat box on the website. If you need to return a product, it must be returned within 7 days, only if the wrong product was delivered, if the product had a problem in it or the package was missing an item. In any of these cases, orders can be subject to a refund. Money will be refunded in the same payment method, and the delivery charges won’t be returned. Refunds would take about 3 working days after the approval of a refund is granted. Note that to be able to return the product, it must have all the accessories it arrived with and has to be in its original packaging.
