  • Rameceftrax is an antibiotic that contains ceftriaxone, a substance belonging to the third generation of the cephalosporin group, which is a class of broad spectrum antibiotics.
  • Ceftriaxone, which is contained in Ramyvetrax injection, helps to eliminate many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, especially bacteria that are resistant to many other antibiotics.

Dosage and method of use:

Adults:

  • 1-2 grams per day through intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Inflammation of the urethra: 1-2 grams per day through intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Genital infections (non-exacerbated gonorrhea - soft ulcers): 250 mg as a single dose by intramuscular injection.
  • Pelvic inflammatory disease: 1-2 grams per day by intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Meningitis: 1-2 grams per day by intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Bacterial blood contamination: 1-2 grams per day through intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Endocarditis: 2 grams daily by intramuscular or intravenous injection for 4-6 weeks.
  • Arthritis: 1-2 grams per day through intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.
  • Osteomyelitis: 1-2 grams per day through intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a maximum of 4 grams per day, for 4-14 days.

  • Lyme disease: 2 grams daily by intravenous injection, for 14 days.
  • Children (forbidden for ages less than a month): 50-75 mg/kg/day, by intramuscular or intravenous injection, up to a maximum of 2 grams per day (the duration and the difference in concentration as mentioned in the adult dosage).
  • For the age of 13 years and over: the adult dose is used.
  • For those who suffer from liver or kidney health problems: the prescribed daily dose should not exceed 2 grams.
  • Pneumonia.

    • Bronchitis.

    Genitourinary infection:

    • Gonorrhea.
    • Genital soft ulcer.
    • Urethral infection.
    • Pelvic inflammatory disease.
    • Cystitis.
    • Urethritis.
    • Nephritis and pelvis.
    • Endometritis.
    • Cervicitis due to non-exacerbated infection with Neisseria gonorrhoeae but, like other cephalosporins, is not effective against Chlamydia trachomatis.
    • Nervous system infection.
    • Bacterial meningitis.
    • Bacterial blood contamination.
    • Bacterial endocarditis (endocarditis).

    Bone and joint infection:

    • Osteomyelitis.
    • Osteomyelitis (Bacterial Arthritis).

    Gastrointestinal infection:
