Dosage and method of use:

The recommended dose for the prevention of malaria attacks:

• The appropriate dose for children is 5 mg per kilogram of the child’s weight once a week, and the treatment should be started two weeks before entering the infected area and continuing after leaving it for 4 or 6 weeks.
• The appropriate dose for adults is two tablets at a rate of 400 mg once a week.
• The permissible dose in the case of malaria attacks: the appropriate dose for adults is at a rate of 800 mg as a first dose, and continue with a dose of 400 mg after 6 or 8 hours, and then continue with a dose of 400 mg in the following two days.
• The appropriate dose for children is 32 milligrams per kilogram of the child's weight, divided into doses over three days.
• The permissible dose in the case of treating rheumatic disease is at the rate of one tablet of three tablets per day.
• The permissible dose in the treatment of lupus is at a rate of 400 mg once or twice in the case of long-term use, the dose of prevention is from 200 to 400 mg.
•  Dosing schedules and the number of doses determined by the attending physician must be adhered to.
• It is recommended to take the drug every 12 hours if it is taken more than once a day.
