Baobab is the super fruit of Africa's 'Tree of Life'. The only fruit in the world that dries on the branch. It is high in fiber and rich in vitamin C (a single dose provides 33% of your daily requirement). Vitamin C supports a healthy immune system, energy release and skin.
It has a delicious sweet and citrussy flavor.
It is also almost 50% fiber (two thirds soluble and one third insoluble, making it a powerful prebiotic) and contains more antioxidants than any other whole fruit.
As it is a natural source of these nutrients, it is more bio available than manufactured vitamin supplements, meaning our bodies can absorb the nutrients more easily, ensuring a greater uptake.
For internal consumption: Try adding baobab powder (1 or 2tsp) to your smoothies, porridge, stews/ sauces, water etc.
